I just WON an IPOD Nano!!

I recieved news on Friday(17/3) from a telephone message from Uni Hall's caterer, Scholarest, that I just won an IPOD nano. No, your eyes are NOT playing tricks on you. I DID win an Ipod nano. This came as a surprise. I have NEVER won anything before from a lucky draw.

17 March was St. Patrick Day. The Hall decided to have a celebration for St. Pattie's Day. In conjunction with this celebration, Scholarest decided to have a lucky draw. It was just filling in some details with regards to receiving some information on diets for weight management etc. I hastily filled in the form that friday afternoon before Phoebe and I left for a workshop. I got Phoebe to drop in the form for me as I was lazy to walk down the flight of stairs.

When I returned from OCF that night and after a conversation with my brother on the phone, I listened to the phone messages. This was the phone message that I heard: (if I didn't remember wrongly) "Hi Joanna, this is Duane from Scholarest. Just to let you know, you have just won an Ipod nano..."

I was ESTATIC!! I couldn't believe what I heard!!I have never won anything in a lucky draw before!!! I must thank Phoebe for her hand in placing the form into the box.

Even though it is only 1GB which can store 240 songs, I am glad that I won. No complaints!!
