Cheap thrills!

Whoever said working in and managing a kitchen is an easy feat? Well, the 3 weeks allocated for Foodservice placement taught many things in life. Besides learning to think critically from a Dietitian's view point, one must also learn to think out of the box when you are dealing with middle-aged folks who are set in their thinking and resists change. Its not easy to garner their support, I bet they must be thinking, each time a Flinders or rather 大学 student is introduced to them, changes may occur, they get scrutinised whether they are doing things that they are supposed to be doing. Anyway, to keep me entertained and going during foodservice placement, I chanced upon mickey mouse one day at work, some time last week.
