Her Surprised Birthday

It took countless numbers of emails, getting the birth date wrong, few in-person conversations and text messages and some slight panic to pull off a surprised birthday celebration for Ivy!!! Being an observant person and irregular working hours (secondary to shift work being a nurse), getting five people to come together for a dinner seems quite impossible. However, as God willed it, everything fall into their places that fateful night (3rd feb).

It started with my idea of doing a double celebration for CNY and Ivy's birthday as I though her birthday falls on 5th Feb only to be informed by her boyfriend and double-checking on facebook that her birthday is on 25th Feb. Nevertheless, being so far from her actual date, it made things easier since Ivy will not suspect a thing.

Thanks to technology, the other four were able to plan without getting the actual person involved, though I nearly gave the game away. I had to tell some lies along the way (God, forgive me!). Anyway, enough said, here's some pictures taken for sweet memories at Halia restuarant, Botanical Gardens.
