Anyway, the theme for the last formal dinner of the year is Carnvale (pronounced as Car-nee-va-lee). Had a fantastic time..I enjoyed the food alot..Shoik!Enough of talk. I'll let all readers drool at the food.

Entree: Creole BBQ Bourbon Beef Steak with Fried Onions and Baked Beans

Dessert: Banana & Macadamia Tart with Toffee Sauce

and Mango Swirl Cheesecake with fresh Cream & Strawberries
