The Outings

Time sure fly by with a blink of the eye. Well, I thought I would be able to accomplish alot of things when I return to Singapore for my 2 months+ summer vacation. I remembered counting down the number of days before I fly back to Singapore. So, when I was back, I wasted no time in arranging numerous outings with my friends. Also, since I would be spending 2 months in Singapore, I wasted no time in finding a temporary job. As I signed a one-month contract with Loreal as a promoter, most of my off days were spent either at home or out with Sophie. At that time, I had no social life since I was not available on weekends when most people were free.

I had to thank the Lunar New Year holidays to meet up with my friends. First was with ASc. Every year, they would orgainse house-visits and this is the third year they have been doing. The outing with them were fantastic as I had time to mingle as well as catch up with everybody.

Then, Sally suggested that we should carry on the tradition of having a CNY meal together with Phoebe and I. It was great as I had the opportunity to catch up with Baozhu. Although the outing was short, it was GREAT!

Together with Sandy, I visited my attachment department at CGH. The welcome was "sunny".I felt at home at the department and everybody was eager to catch up with the both of us. What pleased me the most was my supervisor. We had a short chat with her as she was busy with patients' complaints. She was glad that the both of us were doing well after graduating from poly.

Next would be the numerous outings with Sophie. I am really glad that we made the effort to meet up even though we would walk the same route every week with different things to purchase. Babe, I will miss you when I am over there!!However, if you need a listening ear or feeling lonely, I am only a phonecall or email or MSN away. I look forward to our chats and hope that we are able to break the record of the 7/8pages that is still standing!Also, let's continue to write letters to each other as I loved to receive handwritten letters.(Ps:You will be the one to start since I've written 2 to u)

To my colleagues at TPY watsons, thanks guys for the many lunches, slacking sessions and toilet breaks that I had with you. Liya: study hard ya.I know you can do it!May you get into your dream course! Yu Ting:I hope you will be able to enroll in the degree that you want! Zann:Thanks for all the advice you have given to me as well as teaching me how to apply make-up and for looking after me.

Peiwen, thanks for helping me with my oily skin.Now, not only has it improved, it feels smoother, clearer and more managable.

Jasmine: I am glad that our friendship has rekindled!!Anyway,you take care and keep in touch!

To my poly friends (Baozhu, Sally, Tammy etc):Take care girls, let's keep in touch through all the means available.

ASc: Continue to shine. Joanne, do not lose steam. Hang in there!! Boys in the army, train well and defend our country. Girls who will be graduating: I hope you will find your dream job or be able to pursue a further education. If you need a listening ear or advice, I am available by any communication means.

To my family: Thanks for all the love that I have been showered.Do keep me in the loop of what is happening.
