Sundown Marathon

The inaugural Sundown marathon kicked in when the sun decided to retire for the day. What was originally meant to be a team of Allied Health professionals, attempting to participate in the corporate challenge, with each member completing 10.5km, was replaced by banking and finance and business management students (Soph and Sebas). Haha. Nevertheless, each of us completed the distance, with planes' engines roaring as they take off, the calm sea waters crashing into the shore and the smell of barbecued food.

The experience that the Sundown marathon provided was a unique one. I had the privilege of running alongside with my bestie and someone special, not to mention the unique night scene that the eastern part of Singapore has to offer. (:

Free ice cream after the run!

Victory taste sweet afterall!

Note to self: I can complete the 15km Passion run!
