Judging Others

From the bible, Luke 6:41-42 says,"Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, 'Brother, let me take the speck out of your eye,' when you yoursef fail to see the plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye."

Working with a permanent staff for the last 2 wks has been driving me nuts. She maybe physically present at work but her mind and heart is not there. We can cope without her being there. What's more, she has the guts to tell off another promoter for being late when she herself leave early for breaks and come back late. My gdness!!! How come people like her exist? I always ask the othe promoters why she does not get transferred to the other departments or get fired? But they commented that she has been transferred many a times..[Sigh!!]

Also, she does not make herself useful at the company, does not push sales, attend to customers need and even told a customer that the pants does not have his size and guess what, the customer found the pants of his size...Imgaine the anguish the customer felt. I get pissed off when I see her around as she does not bother helping her colleagues. When there's a long line of customers waiting to pay for their merchandise, she does not lift her "dainty" fingers to help pack the stuff, instead, she's busy pressing her pimples...Yucks!

So, as Luke 6:31 says,"Do to others as you would have them do to you."My colleague and I decided that when there's a long line of customers queuing up to pay, we will not help her in the packing of their merchandise. I am not that nice to extend my helping hand after her attitude towards us.Call me selfish but I personally think that she does not deserve my help. I am glad that I will only be there for a month..

P/s: Shee wee, thanks for helping me tie up those loose ends left behind by OLTC...I am glad that I had you as the Co-Organisor...
