Aiyah..Why like that?

31 more days before I return to the little red dot that I call home. However, before returning home, there are little hurdles that I have to jump before I reach the finish line. Before I started on this race, I reminded myself to pace myself and conserve my energy for the last leg of the race. However, as I ran, I felt myself becoming more and more tired. Why is that so?

In the bible, God said, "...let us run with perseverance the race marked out before us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus...Hebrews 12: 1-2". I want to complete this race that is set before me. However, try as I might, the road ahead seem narrow and the way is steep. Everything in front of me seem blurred. Is it the tears that I've been trying to hold back? Is it because I lack faith?

Recalled the theme song that my secondary school had when I was in Sec 1, Dare to run.

The road ahead is narrow

Why is it that I am not able to perform as well as I expect myself to be? There are too many things on my mind that I am worried about. My Public Health assignments, the upcoming exams, next year's placements...
