Thank the Lord for the tiny blessings that He has bestowed upon me! Firstly, I received an email from Health Promotion Board (HPB) that the Youth Health division will be considering my application for an internship with them! I will know of the results by the end of the week. *Fingers crossed!*
Another good news is receiving an unexpected parcel from home. When I returned to my room for lunch, a message was left on the phone saying there was a parcel to collect. So, Phoebe went down to collect as I was on the phone with my friend. When she returned, it was in an A4 sized bubble-wrapped envelope. I opened it and it was the "Don't Quit" poster. So happy! Moreover, its arrival was timely. In the recent weeks, I have been feeling down because of the stresses from school work and placements and what not. Now, my poster is "sitting" happily on my pin board and I can read the words whenever I need encouragement! Thanks Soph! Miss ya.
