God created mankind in a very unique way by giving us emotions as well as a voice to voice it out. Isn't it amazing how one's emotion/mood can be easily affected by little things that happen around us?
As defined by Webster dictionary, EMOTION ( \i-ˈmō-shən\) is the affective aspect of consciousness : feeling b: a state of feeling c: a conscious mental reaction (as anger or fear) subjectively experienced as strong feeling usually directed toward a specific object and typically accompanied by physiological and behavioral changes in the body versus MOOD (\ˈmüd\ )
1: a conscious state of mind or predominant emotion : feeling; also : the expression of mood especially in art or literature
2 archaic : a fit of anger : rage
3 a: a prevailing attitude : disposition b: a receptive state of mind predisposing to action c: a distinctive atmosphere or context : aura
Anyway, I noticed that I suffer from mood swings throughout the day. Receiving a text message from someone dear cheers me up very quickly and the next moment, I'm feeling upset/angry if a patient irritates me and when I get home, I feel frustrated if mum nags at me. No wonder we often blame our hormonal levels for all the different feelings that we experience throughout the day.
Anyway, lovey-dovey things have happened to me and I'm feeling so loved! With V-day just passed, I feel like love is still in the air. Don't guess/speculate too much. Jo is still single and very available! I will post the story up when I'm up to it. In the meantime, I'm so looking forward to the weekends!
