I cannot understand why people can't get my name right! Its JoannA (say Jo-An-NA) and not JoannE (say Jo-ANN)! My name ends with an A not E! Seriously! Time and again, I have to correct these individuals who make an error.
With my best friend, its the same case. Her name's Sophie NOT Sophia! I really cannot understand why people cannot take time to see and read other people's name correctly. Its better to take time to read and save your's and the individual from some embarrassment. Frankly speaking, I'm so used to being called Joanne that I just correct the person without feeling anything.
Please, get people's name right! I'm sure you'd like others to get your name right as well?!
